1. When will I receive my package?
Every order goes through a processing period before shipment. The total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
“Processing” status means your order has been confirmed and is undergoing necessary checks, including verification of contact and delivery details, product sorting, strict quality and functionality inspections, and careful packaging. Once complete, your order is handed over to the courier.
“Shipping” status means your order is on its way. Tracking information will be available once the courier scans and updates the tracking number. As international shipping is involved, packages may go through customs or transit hubs, and tracking may not update immediately. Please allow up to 10 days for expedited express and 20 days for ocean shipping before tracking updates appear.
Note: Due to international shipping policies and recent tariff regulations, slight delays may occur. These are considered normal within reasonable limits.

A. Processing Time starts once payment is confirmed and the order is verified. A confirmation email will be sent.
B. Order changes (color, size, product, address, etc.) can only be made before shipping begins. These changes may affect the processing timeline.

2. Shipping Time
We offer different shipping options based on your location and product type. Shipping time varies by method:

A. We cover all customs duties—you won’t be charged extra.
B. Tracking numbers are sent via email 1-2 business days after dispatch.
C. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes.
D. Some products are eligible only for standard shipping depending on the region. If express shipping isn’t available at checkout, it may not be supported for your area or product.
E. Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to customs and packaging regulations. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split deliveries.
3. How to calculate your Estimated Delivery Date?
Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time
This estimate is based on standard delivery conditions, including shipping method, destination, carrier input, and past shipping performance. External factors such as bad weather, customs inspections, or shipping delays may affect the delivery schedule.

Changes to contact or address info after order placement
Product modifications (color, size, etc.) after ordering
Missed first delivery attempts within the estimated window
Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas
4. Compensation Policy for Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver as fast as possible, but unforeseen delays may occur due to high order volumes and international logistics. If a delay happens, compensation may apply:

A. Delay is calculated from the Estimated Delivery Date shown on the website.
B. Only delays caused by shipping/logistics qualify. Customer-side delays (e.g., wrong address) are excluded.
C. Compensation is based on product price only, not including shipping, insurance, or coupon value.
5. Optional Shipping Insurance Policy
To enhance the safety of your order during international transit, we offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout. This service provides additional protection for high-value and fragile items.
With Shipping Insurance:
1. Free replacement for any damage incurred during transit.
2. Upgraded protective packaging, especially recommended for fragile or high-value items.
3. Delivery recommendation: Please arrange to receive the package in person:
(1) If damage is reported after delivery and was not signed for face-to-face, we will offer either a free reshipment or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
(2) If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, no return shipping or handling fees will be charged.
4. In case of transit damage:
(1) We will replace any damaged or missing parts.
(2) If the package is severely damaged, a full reshipment is available.
(3) If no replacement is requested and the item is not returned, you may receive a refund of up to 40% of the product price.
Without Shipping Insurance:
1. Conditional replacement may be offered for transit damage, with possible additional fees depending on the case.
2. Standard packaging is used.
3. If delivery is refused due to visible damage, the customer will bear the full return shipping, customs clearance, and handling fees. In such cases, the maximum refund is 20% of the item price.
4. In case of transit damage:
(1) Only damaged or missing parts will be replaced.
(2) If no replacement is arranged and the product is not returned, the maximum refund available is 20% of the product price.
